.Goal of Predator Wrestling Club:At Predator we offer a fantastic facility! There’re full time committed and qualified professional coaches. We offer a highly functional board of volunteers.Fundraising by all members is appreciated. It takes a team behind the team to reach wrestling goals. With our national exposure and committed staff we intend to reach every athlete to ensure his success.
.Technique:We offer an aggressive style!Circling with forward pressure on our feet.Snapping, tie finding, space creating, offensive style. We develop defense as well. Our system of attacks are all high percentage scores. We break everything down to 1-2-3 steps in every workout. Our goal is to perfect our offensive style with sound finishes that transition into bonus points.
.Direction:#1 Committed to schedule and constant correction.#2 A Systematic approach to offense and defense.#3 Mass drilling and live wrestling positions.#4 Live wresting and drilling with coaches.
.Philosophy:How do you get them to believe that they can actually be the best? Some athletes are born with extreme self confidence. With others it’s developed. To get the athlete to “Buy into the program” you have to get through the first cycle.Time is needed to develop the style fully. It takes a year. They learn to drill it and then the hold is finally in use.Small successes add up to big time confidence. At the same time these young athletes need to be pushed.A strong commitment on all ends will gain the fastest results.Further, a balanced schedule will allow wins and losses. All of these factors combined with constant correction by a hard working staff will guarantee results.
.Schedule:Freestyle session currently in progress.March 1 – May 31, 2010
